You can place your order online through our website. You can place your order until 4pm for next day delivery. Place your order for one day or the whole week. Check out and pay for your order online using a debit/credit card. During check out, we will need your contact information and address for delivery. We do not recommend freezing our meals, since the meals are already prepared when you receive them. We deliver fresh meals 5 days a week, so it is unnecessary to freeze them.

Yes! The meals are already prepared and portion so all you need to do is heat and enjoy. The containers are microwave safe, so you do not need to separate items from the container prior to heating. Keep the meals refrigerated until use. Remove the lid and replace loosely, microwave for 2-3 minutes or until 165°F is reached.

We offer free delivery 5 days a week. We deliver Monday through Friday between 9am to 12pm. If you are not home, or you would prefer NO CONTACT DELIVERY, please leave your cooler outside with ice packs.
We do not have a pickup location right now. Delivery only!

We follow all food safety standards and operating procedures involving allergies and cross contamination in our kitchen.

Please be advised: Our facility and meals contain products with peanuts, tree nuts, soy, milk, eggs, wheat, fish, and shellfish. While we take all reasonable steps to minimize the risk of cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with peanut, tree nut, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or wheat food omissions. Fresh Flamingo does not assume liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or items one may come into contact with.
Consuming raw or undercooked meat, poultry, seafood, shellfish or eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness.

Here at Fresh Flamingo we care about your health, not just now but always. All persons entering the kitchen must take and record their temperature and follow a strict hand washing protocol. We always use mask, gloves, wash our hands frequently and use extreme precaution when preparing foods. Our kitchen is always sanitized with high quality disinfectant and our utensils are sanitized between uses. All our meals are prepared in our kitchen and it is close to public access. We are also happy to drop your meals by the door to ensure no contact. As always if you have questions please feel free to ask. We are here to help keep our community safe and healthy during these times of need!
